  • Coriander(dhaniya) powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Eco-friendly chillies - two to three (finely chopped)
  • Ginger root - 1 1/2 inch lengthy piece(grated)
  • Salt - increase taste (3/4 teaspoon)
  • Amchur(mango) powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red chilly powder - under 1/4 teaspoon
  • Eco-friendly coriander - 2 tablespoons of(finely chopped)

- Steps to make Masala Dosa

Clean Urad dal and Methi, wash then soak them in water for 4 hrs or even the entire night. Clean grain, wash and soak it inside a different bowl for the similar period of time.
