You've got to be keen on Brinjal recipe, but Hyderabadi Bagare Brinjal has its own unique taste with a mix of peanuts, coconut even though masala mixed together to create a gravy. So lets make Bagara Brinjal Recipe today.
Ingredients for Bagara Baingan
- Brinjal - 250 gms (smaller 7-8)
- Peanuts - 2 table spoon (roasted and peeled)
- Sesame - 2 table spoon.
- Dry coconut - 2 table spoon (grated)
- Coriander seed - 1 table spoon.
- Cumin seeds - 1 desert spoon.
- Ginger root - 1 " lengthy piece (or 1 desert spoon paste)
- Eco-friendly chilli - 2-3
- Mustard seeds - 1 desert spoon.
- Heeng - 1 pinch.
- Curry leaves - 8-10
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 desert spoon.
- Imli paste - 1 table spoon.
- Salt - 1 desert spoon (or based on the taste)
- Red chilli powder - 1/4 desert spoon.
- Sugar - 1/2 desert spoon.
- Coriander leaves - 1 table spoon (chopped)
- Oil - 4-5 table spoon.
Method - Steps to make Baghare Brinjal Recipe.
Take small brinjals without seeds. Wash them completely and work in the base in a manner that it remains became a member of in the side from the stem. Take 1/2 desert spoon salt and apply on every brinjal. leave them for 10-12 minutes.
Peel the ginger root, wash it and reduce big pieces. Break the stems from the eco-friendly chilli.
Roast the sesame in to the oil together with cumin seeds and coriander seeds.
Now take roasted sesame, cumin seeds, coriander, coconut, peanut, ginger root and eco-friendly chilli and grind all of them with little water or no water.
Heat oil inside a pan. Stain the extracted water in the brinjal and set 2-3 brinjal in to the oil. Fry the brinjal in to the oil until it might be tender. Remove the brinjal in the pan and it on the plate. Fry another ones very much the same.
Tamper heeng and mustard seeds within the remaining oil. When the mustard seeds splutters. add curry leaves in it together with turmeric powder and ground masala. Roast the masala until it turns brown in colour leaving scent. Put red chilli powder, salt, imli paste, and sugar in to the roasted masala. Pour 1-2 cup water in to the pan and allow it to boil. When the water begins to boil, put fried brinjal in to the pan and prepare it for five-6 minutes so the masala fills into each brinjal.
Baghare Brinjal is prepared. Remove the dish inside a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves. Place the tampering within the recipe while serving. Take 1 table spoon oil, heat it and set mustard seeds. Switch off the stove and set 2 pinch red chilli powder in it. Pour the tampering within the recipe and serve it hot with chapatis, paranthas and naan.
