- Zeera. 2 Khane Ke Chamach
- Haldi. 1 Chutki
- Meetha Soda. 1 Chutki
- Pissi Khattai. Dedh Khanay Ka Chamach

Potato Kebabs Indian Recipe Vidhi Tarkeeb :
Aalu ubaal kar kuchalain aur united nations mein ubla qeema, katti piyaz, hara dhaniya, katti hari mirch, namak, kutti lal mirch, dhaniya, zeera, pissi khatai aur kutti adrak mix kar ke kabab bana lain. Ab baisan ko phaint kar iss mein namak, pissi lal mirch, haldi aur soda mila kar 10 minute ke liye rakhe. Phir iss mein aloo ke kabab bana kar deep fry karein aur serve karen.
