OMG! This recipe helps make the best EVER Rasmalai, EVER! And please be aware I'm not exaggerating a little. The Rasmalai doubles in dimensions, so make smaller sized balls.
The thing you need
Powdered Milk&-&-&-&- 2 cups
Baking powder&-&-&-&- 2 teaspoon slightly heaped
Flour&-&-&-&-&-&-&- 1 tablespoons of leveled
Eggs&-&-&-&-&-&-&-&- 2
Desi ghee&-&-&-&-&-&-- 2 tablespoons of Melted or any oil
For milk syrup
Fresh Milk&-&-&-&-&-&-- 2 liters
Sugar&-&-&-&-&-&-&-&- 2 cups
Eco-friendly cardamom&-&-&-&-- 8 10
The way it’s made
- Take fresh milk, sugar and cardamom inside a pot and boil it once by leaving it on low flame for ten minutes, you don't need to lessen the milk.
- Inside a separate bowl Mix together powdered milk, flour and baking powder.
- Now add ghee and blend with hands again.
- Add eggs and blend well again.
- Kneed till it forms a ball shape. Everything will get together.
- Donot ever add even a small amount of water, when the dough is dry add 1 tablespoons of of milk but No Water.
- Kneed for more 5 6 minutes.
- Make small balls and lightly place them in to the milk syrup.
- When you add some balls, set the stove on high flame and canopy. Once milk boils, keep your flame on slow flame till they're fully cooked around 10 -1 a few minutes.
- Next leave them on smallest flame (Dum) for just two 3 minutes additionally to get rid of a chance of uncooked center.
- Keep ’em within the fridge till chilled and able to serve.
Decorate with finely sliced almonds on the top.

i attempted this recipe today also it would be a disaster i don`t understand what happened&....my dough was very sticky&...&...i don`t know why??&...&.... i checked the recipe again n again and my measurements were accurate&...may b it had been the egg&...egg was large. wht u think?wht will be the reason?&...also it was slightly uncooked from very inner core&...basically do this recipe again i'll give 20 min to cook time
but my hubby still loved it&.....my sasuma`s comment was..barri sakht hai&.....to prevent sticky dough i added more flour

I attempted this recipe with half the components and cooking reduced to eight minutes. It switched out great. I made use of 3/4 cup sugar for milk syrup and medium-sized egg for that dough. My dough was crumbly, so balls weren't neat to look at. But when cooked, they looked okay.
