Kadai Paneer, is really a paneer thrown in red gravy and cooked in Indian spices.

For that Fundamental gravy
Ingredients
1 tablespoons of coriander (dhania) seeds
10 whole dry red kashmiri chillies
2 1/2 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of finely chopped garlic clove (lehsun)
1 tablespoons of finely chopped eco-friendly chillies
2 1/2 cups finely chopped tomato plants
1/4cup tomato puree
1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
1 teaspoon garam masala
salt to taste
1. Combine the red chillies and coriander seeds and dry roast on the hot tava (griddle), for thirty seconds.
2. Remove and aside to awesome.
3. Merge a mixer to some fine powder. Keep aside.
4. Heat the oil inside a kadhai, add some garlic clove and saut on the medium flame for any couple of seconds.
5. Add some prepared powder and saut on the medium flame for any couple of seconds.
6. Add some eco-friendly chillies and saut on the medium flame for an additional thirty seconds.
8. Mash it just a little utilizing a potato masher.
9. Add some tomato puree, dried fenugreek leaves, garam masala, salt and approximately 2 tablespoons of water, mix well and prepare on the medium flame for one to two minutes. Use as needed
For that Kadai Paneer
1 1/2 cups paneer (cottage type cheese)

oil for deep-frying
1 tablespoons of oil
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 recipe fundamental kadhai gravy, recipe above
1 teaspoon coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
1/2 cup sliced capsicum
salt to taste
a pinch of sugar
1/2 cup fresh cream
For That Garnish
1 tablespoons of chopped coriander (dhania)
1. Heat the oil inside a kadhai and deep-fry the paneer pieces till they turn light brown in colour. Drain on absorbent paper and put in lukewarm water for ten minutes.
2. Heat the oil inside a kadhai, add some onions and saut on the medium flame till they turn translucent for approximately. three or four minutes.
3. Add some kadhai gravy, coriander-cumin seeds powder,chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala, dried fenugreek leaves and saut on the medium flame for an additional minute.
4. Add some capsicum, 1 cup water, mix well and prepare on the medium flame for two to three minutes, while stirring once among.
5. Add some paneer, salt and prepare on the slow flame for an additional two to three minutes.
6. Add some cream, mix well and serve hot garnished with coriander.
