I attempted your recipe for Lumpiang Shanghai. It’s excellent. It’s simple to do specifically if you use a Mixer. My personal favorite method of making lumpia is a combination of ground pork,ground poultry,sliced up shrimps,and sliced up fake crab meat. For vegetables I personally use shredded cabbage (cole slaw mix). I usually make use of the TYJ wrappers and that i deep fry the lumpia in peanut oil. My loved ones devours Everything. -)
