Lumpiang Shanghai
- 1 kl ground pork
- 1 cup onion
- cup eco-friendly onions
- 1 cup carrot
- cup kimchay
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoon salt
- teaspoon ground pepper
- Lumpia wrapper or spring roll wrapper
- 3 cups oil
Inside a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients using the ground pork, beginning with carrots, onion, eco-friendly onions, kemchay, ground pepper, salt and 1 beaten egg. Mix well.
Next, get a bit of lumpia wrapper and 1 tablespoon from the ground pork mixture. Put the mixture around the lumpier wrapper and wrapped round the ground meat mixture. Do that until all of the lumpia wrapper and mixture consumed.
Inside a medium-sized fry pan, heat oil over medium heat. Deep fry the lumpia for around ten minutes or until golden brown. Take away the lumpia in the pan and then leave on the plate with paper towel to eliminate the surplus oil.
