
This is the way I sauté mushrooms and onions for everyone with grilled steak. I have been later on for a long time rather than really considered it as being a recipe until today when my hubby pointed out it had become the very best he'd ever endured. For those who have leftovers, make an omelet together with smoked swiss cheese and serve with hot, steaming bowls of tomato soup with tulsi. Just believe me with that.
Ingredients Diet
- 1 ⁄2 lb sliced mushrooms (I personally use crimini but white-colored act as well)
- 1 medium onion. sliced into wedges
- two tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon essential olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon garlic clove salt
It was tasty, but I would suggest beginning to prepare the onions before adding the mushrooms because they take considerably longer to carmelize. The worchestershire adds a pleasant flavor. I'll get this to again. I'd very couple of leftover, but I'd bet they'd taste great on the grilled cheese sandwich. Maybe lunch tomorrow.
Scrumptious topping for burgers, too! I only used 1/2 teaspoon. all of worcestershire, kosher salt and pepper, and 2 cloves of garlic clove, minced, rather from the garlic clove salt.
It was an excellent recipe. I have managed to get before and extremely loved it, however this time I added about 1T Balsamic Vinegar after i added the worcestershire sauce. That addition place it right outrageous! Thanks a lot for posting, Hey Jude!
