Spaghetti Bolognese La Fonte

S udah sebulan ini aku, tiap Sabtu pagi aku sarapan spaghetti La Fonte yang lezat dan masih belum bosan. Yang sering ke supermarket, mungkin ngga asing dengan merk La Fonte yang merupakan merk spaghetti kering dalam kemasan kotak/plastik, bentuknya seperti lidi. Kini udah hadir saus spaghetti merk La Fonte juga, saat ini baru tersedia rasa Bolognese. Jadi lengkaplah bahan2 untuk membuat spaghetti sendiri di rumah. Penyajiannya sangat mudah dan cepat. Tambahkan daging cincang dan bawang bombay ke dalam saus spaghetti, akan jadi lebih lezat! Mungkin kalian udah melihat iklan tentang spaghetti La Fonte. Begitulah aku jadi korban iklan dan tergiur untuk mencobanya, ternyata ngga ngga mengecewakan rasa spaghettinya.


S atu buah kemasan saus spaghetti Bolognese dengan isi 350 gram takarannya udah pas porsinya dengan spaghetti kemasan 250 gram. Spaghettinya direbus dulu sekitar 15 menit, tambahkan sedikit mentega agar spaghettinya ngga lengket lalu tririskan. Aku suka spaghettinya krn ngga gampang mekar dan teksturnya kenyal. Lalu untuk sausnya, 1 ons daging cincang (boleh daging ayam atau daging sapi) dan bawang bombay digoreng dulu dengan sedikit minyak lalu dicampurkan ke sausnya dan dimasak sampe mendidih. Sausnya pun jadi. Praktis sekali bukan? Untuk daging cincang, bisa dibeli di supermarket jadi ngga usah repot2 memotong daging ayam dan menggilingnya.

S etelah spaghetti dan sausnya siap, maka kami pun sarapan spaghetti yang lezat. Ngga kalah lezat dengan spaghetti yang dibeli dari luar, murah meriah pula. 1 kemasan spaghetti 250 gram sekitar Rp. 7.500, sedangkan sausnya sekitar Rp. 15.000. Bisa untuk 3 porsi orang dewasa. Semoga segera dibuat saus rasa lain selain Bolognese.
