Method
Inside a wok / kadhai add 4 Tablespoons of ghee, add suji and prepare till it changes color to light brown. Keep aside.
In another wok / kadhai add 4 Tablespoons of ghee, add atta and prepare till it changes color to light brown. Keep aside.
In another wok / kadhai add 7-8 Tablespoons of ghee, add besan and prepare till it changes color to light brown. Keep aside.
Mix the cooked suji, besan and atta along with sugar, cardamom seeds and slivered almonds.
Allow it to awesome for ten minutes making small balls from it.
Note: The mix may be crumbly, so rather of creating a round motion of palms to create ladoos you can easily press them to create a round shape.
Don't be put off by using ghee while making ladoos, it is a dessert you are making not really a diet salad.
