Ingredients for Dum Aloo Recipe
- Small size taters- 400 Gms or 14 in number
- Cumin seed- 1/4 small spoon
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 small spoon
- Chilli powder- 1/4 small spoon
- Garam masala- 1/4 small spoon
- Coriander powder- 1 small spoon
- Ginger root- 1 piece
- Tomato- 150 Gms
- Pure curd- 100 Gms
- Cashew nuts- 50 Gms
- Eco-friendly chilli- 2
- Eco-friendly coriander- 100 Gms
- Salt- (based on taste)
- Refined oil- 2 table spoon
Steps to make Dum Aloo Recipe
Boil the taters, permit them awesome naturally and peel them correctly. Make hole in to the taters and fry these questions fry pan until they become brown. Now remove the taters inside a bowl. Peel the taters, place the oil in it and boil correctly inside a micro wave.

Patato Dum (Dum Aloo) is prepared. Remove it inside a plate and garnish it with all of those other eco-friendly coriander and serve it towards the guest.
