The Earth's Finest CHILI

Makes 5 cups, enough for four to six

4 large ancho chiles, stemmed and seeded
3 garlic clove cloves, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin
two tablespoons vegetable oil or essential olive oil
3/4 pound Twin Oak ground pork
3/4 pound Heartland Meats hamburger
1 medium onion, reduce 1/4-inch pieces
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 15-ounce can fire roasted diced tomato plants, drained
1 cup Three Siblings Garden cooked black beans
1 1/2 cups small diced Iron Creek Farms butternut squash
two tablespoons masa harina
About 1 cup shredded Brunkow three month white-colored cheddar cheese

1. The chile seasoning. Heat a medium-size skillet over medium.
