Alhamdulillah setelah satu bulan berlalu Hanif lulus semua buah yang diberikan, hanya sempat saat memperkenalkan melon agak menolak di awal tapi setelah suapan keempat lancar jayaaaaa #jogedjoged. Setelah diperhatikan Hanif suka sekali dengan buah pepaya, terkadang tidak sabaran mulutnya mangapp terus. 'ammmmmm'


Menginjak usia 7 bulan menurut paririmbon yang saya baca, setelah buah-buahan segar saat MPASI 6 bulan secara bertahap bayi dikenalkan dengan makanan lain seperti pati (nasi, kentang makanan pokok lainnya) dan serat (sayur-sayuran). Pada awal pengenalan dua jenis makanan ini sebaiknya tidak ditambah protein hewani.

  • agar bayi mengenal cita rasa makanan secara bertahap
  • agar organ pencernaan tidak bekerja berat mencerna pati dan protein hewani sekaligus

    Makanan sumber pati

    • Nasi. beras putih, merah, hitam --- direbus hingga empuk lalu dihaluskan
    • Kentang, ubi jalar (merah,ungu, kuning), singkong --- dikupas dimasak hingga empuk lalu dihaluskan
    • Jagung --- diiris dari tongkolnya dimasak hingga empuk lalu dihaluskan
    • Oat/Havermut --- dimasak hingga matang lalu dihaluskan
    Sayuran
    • Bayam. kangkung, sawi hijau, sawi putih, pakis--- diambil daunnya dicincang halus/dihalukan. dimasak hingga empuk

    • Wortel --- dikupas, dihaluskan/diserut. dimasak hingga empuk atau sebaliknya dimasak dulu baru dihaluskan
    • Brokoli, kembang kol --- diambil daunnya. dimasak hingga empuk lalu dihaluskan
    • Buncis, kacang polong --- dimasak hingag empuk allau dihaluskan
    • Sayur: 3warna / hari 1.5 - 2.5 cangkir/hari
    NO SALT+NO SUGAR
    Garam dan gula sudah terpenuhi dengan sendirinya dari makanan kita. Garam (natrium): sudah didapat dari telur, ikan, ayam, daging, plain yogurt.Gula: dari buah dan pati.
    Garam - gula nakal (tidak perlu dikonsumsi oleh bayi, orang dewasa juga harus mengurangi): garam dapur, makanan asin seperti keju, kecap, kaldu instan, gula pasir, sufor, meises, selai coklat, permen, sereal nakal (milo, coco crunch, honeystar,dll).
