
This is a great no/low-fat salami. Adopted the recipe exactly however, will most likely give a pinch of garlic clove to another batch. I additionally is going to be moving it over once an hour or so throughout the baking process because it would be a bit flat at the base side. So happy to have found this as husband is really a hunter always searching for brand new and healthy uses of venison.
Just finished my first batch of the salami. My hubby loves it. He can't wait to take a few to deer camp this season. This recipe really is easy. I attempted turning the loaves when they were cooking because the first reviewer recommended, however, it did not work very well for me personally(They appeared to roll to the initial position.) I figured they switched out quite rounded anyway. Appreciate the recipe! Uses it many occasions.
a great recipes folks. my very own version includes, liquid smoke (exactly what a difference)and onion power. and let looking for 48hrs. and baked @300 for 1hr. only use half the meat and tender quick or season for your taste. enjoy!
