Esta receta se la tengo que agradecer a una amiga: Laly. Yo haba preparado torrejitas de pltano antes, pero no se me haba ocurrido hacerlas disadvantage zapallo. Fue ella quin me dio la receta y me di cuenta de que era muy parecida a la que uso para los pltanos, as que decid hacer ambas a la vez y compararlas.

El resultado fue excelente: dos clases de tortas dulces deliciosas. Ideales para comer en cualquier momento. Sirven lo mismo como acompaamiento o como postre. Yo creo que incluso se pueden comer dentro del desayuno )

Ingredientes (6 torrejitas de pltano y 6 de zapallo)

  • 2 pltanos maduros medianos
  • 1/4 kg de zapallo loche
  • harina
  • azcar
  • aceite para frer

Es tan fcil que hasta da pena explicarla :) En una olla, poner a hervir el zapallo pelado y cortado en cubos disadvantage united nations poco de agua hasta que est blando.

Mientras, se pelan los pltanos y se aplastan disadvantage united nations tenedor hasta que quede united nations pur ms o menos uniforme. Agregar ms o menos 3 cucharadas de harina de trigo y mezclar. Reservar.

Cuando el zapallo est cocido, retirar en olla y aplastar disadvantage united nations tenedor. Debe quedar lo ms uniforme posible, evitando dejar pedazos grandes de zapallo. Agregar unas tres cucharadas de azcar y mezclar bien. Probar la mezcla y agregar ms azcar si es necesario. El zapallo que us yo estaba dulce as que no necesit ms azcar. Agregar unas tres cucharadas de harina colmadas y mezclar bien.

Calentar una sartn disadvantage united nations poco de aceite y disadvantage una cuchara echar bolas en masa del pltano en la sartn caliente. Aplastar disadvantage la esptula y una vez dorada, voltearla para que se cocine por el otro lado. Retirar cuando est dorada por ambos lados. Hacer lo mismo disadvantage la masa de zapallo.

Retirar disadvantage una servilleta de papel cualquier resto de aceite. Servir y comer caliente.
