
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- two tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1-to-1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 to at least oneOr2 teaspoon pepper
- 1-1/2 cups 2% milk
- 5 medium red taters, thinly sliced
- 1 package (1 pound) hotdogs, halved lengthwise and reduce 1/2-inch slices
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
- In a tiny saucepan, melt butter. Stir within the flour, pepper and salt until smooth. Progressively add milk. Provide a boil prepare and stir for just two minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
