
This recipe is definitely an old friend that's been within my card file box for 3 decades. A couple of years back I replaced the eggs and milk with higher results. They simply get better---wonderful, thick, hearty pancakes! The particularly are optional however i can't imagine learning to live without them. 710 ml 3 c. soymilk (or grain milk, etc.)
530 ml 2 1/4 c. oatmeal (the type that cooks for half an hour)
22 ml 7Or2 T. baking powder
5 ml 1 teaspoon. salt
89 ml 3/8 c. flax meal
120 ml 1/2 c. vegetable oil
240 ml 1 c. particularly (optional)
Pour milk over oatmeal, cover and let are a symbol of about half an hour. Combine flour, baking powder and salt and increase the oatmeal combined with the flax meal.
