1Kg Qeema

1 Desert Spoon Garlic clove Paste
1 Desert Spoon Ginger root Paste
3 Table Spoon Chopped Papaya
Crushed red Chilli 2 Table Spoon
Garam Masala 1 Desert Spoon
Salt As U Like
2 Ingeer Crushed
2 Kachri Crushed
1 Small Piece Coal


Add All Ingredients In Beef(Not Coal)
Marinade for two to three Hrs
Put 200 Gms Ghee Inside A Pan
Put Beef For The Reason That And Prepare For 30 Minutes
After 30 Minutes
Take A bit of roti or naan and put it around the Qeema. Then place the Burned Coal onto it and drop some oil onto it. Rapidly cover the pan.
Place The Lid On Pan For atleast 2 Minutes.
Then go ahead and take roti and coal out.
Garnish With Onion, Eco-friendly Chilli, Julian Ginger root & Mint Leaves & Lemon.
