
Today is National Bananas Cream Day. Certainly one of my personal favorite desserts is Fresas Disadvantage Creama meaning bananas with cream. The only real ingredients are fruit and cream, and it is this type of scrumptious treat. I recieve my Fresas disadvantage crema at little Paletas in Enjoyable Grove, Texas. They are a little pricey at $4 just one cup, but so worthwhile.
I understood there needed to be a method to make these myself. I have been doing a bit of experimenting and i believe I've finally think of a combination that i'm pleased with. I personally use media table cream in my Tres Leche Cake (three milks cake), and so i thought it might be the right cream to create Fresas Disadvantage Creama. It switched out very good.
In Mexico vendors sell walk-away glasses of fresas disadvantage crema, as well as other natural fruits and ice creams at markets and across the roadside.

Slice in the bananas (single serving per person). Sprinkle just a little sugar in it and hang aside. Inside a medium size bowl add some media table cream, regular milk and powdered sugar.
