So, Today Used to do tiny bit variation inside it making Kaju Kesar Laddu for Rakhi festival. It arrived on the scene excellent. Kaju Kesar Laddu is extremely nutritious, tasty and healthy laddu. This is extremely quick, simple and easy , super tasty laddu.
Ingredients:- Cashew nuts (Kaju) - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder - a pinch
- Saffron (Kesar) - a pinch
- Ghee - 2 tablespoons of
Method:
1. Take cashew nuts inside a dry mixer grinder making a coarse powder. Don't over pulse or grind the cashew nuts, otherwise it'll leave the oil and powder is going to be mushy. Ensure that it stays aside. (Should there be any large pieces within the powder, take them off before proceeding.)
2. Put the sugar and water inside a non-stick heavy bottomed pan on medium flame.
3. Allow the mixture boil before the sugar has completely dissolved, keep stirring.
4. Add saffron strands, mix rid of it and prepare until it reaches 1 string consistency and bubbles raises up. You're going to get a rather thicker consistency of syrup that jackets the rear of your spatula.
5. Lessen the flame to low and add cashew nut powder. Mix rid of it. Stirring continuously.
6. Add cardamom powder and ghee, mix rid of it. Ensure there are no protuberances.
7. Prepare up until the mixture thickens leaving the edges.
8. Switch off the flame. Grease one plate with ghee and transfer the prepared mixture towards the plate.
9. Even though it is still warm, grease your palms with ghee making small balls.
10. Kaju (cashew) laddu is prepared. Awesome completely and store inside it within an airtight container.
