Wash brinjals and aside. Have a bowl water and add little salt into it and blend. Cut brinjals when uncovered to air becomes black and obtain a bitter taste. To avert this we put the cut brinjals in salted water till use. Now have a brinjal and take away the stem. Slit length a good idea to 3/fourth height. Now turn the brinjal making a slit to threeOrfourth height within the other direction towards the first slit you earn. You can now see there are 2 slits around the two sides using the brinjal intact. Similarly slit all of the brinjals and dip them within the brine and aside. Take soya granules inside a bowl and add water to soak them. Neat and chop the coriander. Similarly chop finely the onion. Now the soya granules have absorbed water and also have inflamed a little. So remove water in the soya granules by pressing. Using this method we're softening the soya granules so they get mixed nicely whenever we result in the paste.
Now let's prepare the stuffing. Have a mixie jar and add ginger root, eco-friendly chilies, chopped onions, chopped coriander, pressed soya granules, salt, turmeric powder and cumin seeds. Grind this to some paste. Don't add water while grinding. The paste is a coarse paste. Take this right into a bowl and aside.
Heat a pan and add oil into it. The oil ought to be really hot. Drain the brinjals from brine to some perforated bowl to empty excess water. Have a dry cloth and pat them dry. Once the oil is hot add some brinjals towards the herbal and fry for thirty seconds. We must fry them just for thirty seconds only. Using this method we're making certain that every brinjal is cooked evenly. Because of heat from the oil the brinjals get cooked as much as 90%. The rest of the will get cooked whenever we prepare in microwave. Because we're removing it after just thirty seconds, the brinjals won't absorb any oil. Have them aside to awesome a little. Now stuff the brinjals using the prepared paste. Arrange these questions microwave safe bowl. Don't place the brinjals one over the other. You are able to prepare the rest of the brinjals inside a second batch. So arrange the brinjals inside a flat microwave safe dish alongside. There's you don't need to add any oil once we have previously fried them in oil. If needed spray water on these brinjals. Now cover the bowl having a cling film. Have a knife or perhaps a scissor and prick around the cling film at two three places to permit steam to flee while cooking. Now put this bowl in microwave.Prepare the brinjals on high power for five minutes, after that time low power for five more minutes. Allow standing duration of a few minutes and remove them. Tasty Gutti Vankayalu is going to be ready. Serve them hot.

Interesting feedback, Soya Granules just increase the body from the filling. You are able to exclude the Soya but still prepare the recipe as proven.

I have tried personally soya granules to include body towards the stuffing. In traditional method we all do it without soya granules. You can test the recipe omitting the soya granules.
In regards to adding groundnut or any other alternatives, I've not attempted, however is not an awful idea.

Interesting feedback on Tamarind grain.
You should use any color vankayalu for Guttivankaya koora.
Without having a micro wave, prepare the recipe utilizing a fry pan on gas stove. While frying cover the pan and prepare. Frequently stir the brinjals while frying.

Interesting comments.
I'm hosting things i am really preparing in your own home within my daily existence. I personally use micro-wave extensively as part of my Existence Style Change that is necessitated because my hubby is diabetic. I wish to reduce towards the extent possible using oil in planning recipes. Hence, I sizzle (prepare) the vegetables in micro-wave and season them in less oil on the gas stove.
Basically attempt to show a thing that I do not practice in your own home, most likely I would not possess the satisfaction to be truthful and also the viewers wouldn't appreciate my efforts too.
