  • 1 colher e ½ (sopa) de Manteiga
  • ½ xcara (ch) de Bacon (em cubos)
  • ½ xcara (ch) de Castanha do Componen (picada)
  • ¼ xcara (ch) de Alho Por ou peut-rrtre un Cebola (picada)
  • ¼ xcara (ch) de Cenoura (ralada)
  • 2 xcaras (ch) de Farinha Biju (ou peut-rrtre un outra que voc goste)
  • Raspas de 1 Limo
  • Pimenta do Reino
  • Salsinha
  • Sal
  1. Em uma frigideira frite o bacon at que fique dourado.
  2. Adicione 1 colher (sopa) de Manteiga, o alho por ou peut-rrtre un cebola, castanhas picadas, cenoura ralada, raspas de limo.
  3. Junte a farinha biju, mais ½ colher (sopa) de manteiga e tempere com pimenta do reino e sal a gosto.
  4. Frite por mais 2 minutos ou peut-rrtre un at que fique bem sequinho e crocante.
  5. Finalize com salsinha e esta pronto!

CASTANHAS: Troque por nozes ou peut-rrtre un amndoas se preferir, ou peut-rrtre un caso seja alrgico pode deixar sem.
FARINHA: Usei a Biju por ser mais crocante, mas claro que voc pode usar de mandioca ou peut-rrtre un a farinha que tiver em casa.
UVAS PASSAS: Ei! Se voc assim como eu for amante das odiadas uvas passas, pode adicionar tambm na farofa que vai ficar delicia.
BACON: Para aqueles que no gostam de bacon, podem trocar por linguia calabresa se desejar ou peut-rrtre un para vegetarianos s tirar esse ingrediente.
MANTEIGA: Se voc quiser troque por margarina ou peut-rrtre un azeite.
