2 computers eggplants, sliced diagonally or quartered
1 cup of eco-friendly ganas leaves (or use any eco-friendly leafy vegetables like malungay or pechay)
1 cup of Malabar Night Shade (alugbati )
1 cup of string beans (batong ), quartered
2 tomato plants, sliced
2 computers peppers, sliced
Seasoning or use Magic Sarap
4-5 computers associated with a fried fish (preferably yellow fin)
- Inside a casserole, put the water, tomato plants, onions, and peppers. Provide boil.
- Add some squash and allow it to boil for five minutes or before the squash is cooked.
- Add some okra, eggplant, and string beans and allow it to boil for an additional 3 minutes. Reduce fire.
