Macaroni schotel keluarga nugraha recipe

Bahan :
60 gr mentega/margarin
2 siung bawang putih, cincang
200 gr bawang bombay. iris tipis.
400 gr wortel, iris halus spt korek api
700 ml kaldu ayam
2 sdm pasta tomat
1 sdm minyak goreng
225 gr makaroni (persis satu pak merek Honig)
8 btr telur
2 sdt garam
2 sdt merica bubuk
1/2 sdt pala bubuk
400 ml susu cair (kalau pakai krim lebih uenak tenan)
1 klg daging kornet (kaleng kecil 150 gr-lah)
150 gr jamur merang, belah empat.
150 gr smoked beef, iris tipis spt korek api.
200 gr keju cheddar parut
50 gr keju parut lagi buat taburan.

  1. Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang bombay dan bw putih sampai harum, masukkan wortel, tuangi kaldu, masak hingga wortel setengah empuk dan mengental, angkat dinginkan sebentar, blender hingga halus (kira-kira menjadi 700ml).
  2. tuang lagi kepanci, beri pasta tomat, aduk.
  3. Didihkan air dalam panci, beri 2 sdm minyak goreng, masukkan makaroni, masak hingga empuk, tiriskan.
  4. Kocok telur sampai tercampur, beri garam, merica dan pala, aduk, masukkan susu/krim, kornet, jamur dan smoked beef, aduk rata, masukkan makaroni, adonan wortel dan keju parut, aduk yg rata banget. Kalau suka boleh diberi penyedap Royco atau maggi blok, aduk rata.
  5. tuang dalam loyang tahan panas volume +/- 2 ltr, ratakan, taburi keju.
  6. panggang dalam oven, kira-kira satu jam hingga kecoklatan, angkat.
  7. dinginkan sebentar, siap disajikan.

Bahan:
250 gr Macaroni elbow, rebus 3/4 matang
200 gr Keju, potong dadu 1/2X1/2 cm
3 buah sosis, belah 2, potong tipis 3 mm
100 gr daging giling special (sedikit lemak)
400 cc susu cair
5 butir telur
1 butir bawang bombay, potong kecil kecil
2 sendok makan margarine
garam, gula, pala, merica

Bahan Topping Saus Putih:
1 sdm margarine (1 sendok munjung)
2 sdm tepung terigu
250 cc susu cair
garam, merica
100 gr keju parut

  1. Tumis bawang bombay dengan margarine sampai bawang layu, masukkan pala, daging giling. Tumis sampai daging matang.
  2. Campur semua bahan schotel termasuk tumisan daging, aduk rata, jangan lupa&...cicipi.
  3. Tuang ke dalam pinggan tahan panas yang sudah di oles margarine.
  4. Kukus selama 30 menit. sisihkan.
  5. Topping: cairkan margarine, masukkan terigu, aduk2 sampai rata, tuangkan susu sedikit demi sedikit sambil di aduk cepat agar tidak mringkil. Masukkan garam dan merica.
  6. Tuang topping ke atas schotel, ratakan, taburi dengan keju parut.
  7. Panggang dengan api atas selama 15 menit.

Bahan :
250 gr makaroni, rebus hingga lunak
5 btr telur ayam
200 gr daging as soon as possible, potong panjang
400 ml susu cair
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt pala bubuk
150 gr bawang bombai cincang
1/2 sdt lada halus
100 cc krim kental
125 gr keju cheddar, parut
2 sdm margarin

Cara membuat :

  1. Panaskan margarin hingga leleh, tumis bawang bombai hingga harum, masukkan daging as soon as possible. Angkat.
  2. Campur makaroni, telur, daging as soon as possible, garam, lada, pala, 100 gram keju parut, susu dan krim kental. Aduk hingga rata.
  3. Siapkan pinggan tahan panas olesi dengan margarin.
  4. Tuang adonan makaroni ke dalam pinggan, taburi atasnya dengan sisa keju parut. Panggang dalam oven panas bersuhu 180oC selama 35 menit hingga permukaan makaroni kuning kecokelatan. Angkat. Potong-potong.
