- 400 gm boneless chicken
- 10 curry leaves
- 2 slitted eco-friendly chilies
- 1 cup sliced eco-friendly capsicum (Eco-friendly Bell Pepper)
- 1 cup cubed white-colored spring onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped eco-friendly spring onion
- 1 tablespoons of red chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoons of soya sauce
- 1/4 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon white-colored pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons of Corn flour
- 5 tablespoons of All-purpose Flour (Maida)
- 4 tablespoons of finely chopped garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped ginger root
- 1 egg
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Cut Boneless Chicken in medium size pieces. Have a bowl and add, boneless chicken, 1 egg, 2 tablespoon Cornflour, 5 tablespoon Maida, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon salt and blend all ingredients together. Keep marination aside for 10-fifteen minutes.
- Have a non-stick pan and shallow fry the marinated chicken. You may also deep fry chicken marination however i prefer shallow frying, because it takes less oil while shallow frying. Shallow Fry chicken for five-6 minutes. Shallow fry both sides of chicken for just two-3 minutes or till chicken is golden brown colored. Once chicken is fried pay for it in lid and fry it on low flame for just two more minutes to really make it crispier and tender from the inside. After frying chicken, remove it in the pan and it aside for five-ten minutes.
- Have a wok or pan and add 10 curry leaves, 2 slitted eco-friendly chilies, 1 cup sliced eco-friendly capsicum, 1 cup cube cut white-colored spring onion, 4 tablespoons of finely chopped garlic clove, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped ginger root and pinch of white-colored pepper powder and stir fry all of the vegetables for several-4 minutes.
- Make Corn starch with the addition of 1 tablespoons of cornflour in 100ml water and add it within the wok / pan. Add 1 tablespoons of soya sauce, 1 tablespoons of red chilli sauce, 1/4 tablespoons of vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon white-colored pepper powder and it mixing for 1-2 minutes till sauce become thicker.
