1 cup whole masoor dal
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
two to three medium tomato plants
1/3 cup oil
1 onion, chopped
four to five pods garlic clove, separated, chopped finely
1 " ginger root root, chopped
2 eco-friendly chillies, chopped
1 bunch coriander, chopped

Steps to make masoor dal:
- Rinse the massor dal completely, until water is obvious. You should soak the dal for two to three hrs because it cuts down on the cooking.
- Inside a pressure add massor dal, 3 - 3.5 glasses of water, chopped tomato plants, turmeric and salt.
- After two to three whistles prepare on low flame for around ten minutes. Then turn off the flame.
- Whenever you open the oven the dal ought to be a pulpy mixture. If needed increase the water to help keep the dal loose, like texture of thick cream.
