Ergibt: 1 blechkuchen

  • Boden
  • 375 g Mehl
  • 1 Pckchen Trockenhefe
  • 75 g Zucker
  • Prise Salz
  • 1 Eigelb
  • 200 ml lauwarme Milch
  • 50 g zerlassene Butter, abgekhlt
  • Belag
  • 500 ml Milch
  • 1 Packung Vanillepuddingpulver
  • 1,5 kg pfel
  • Streusel
  • 100 g kalte Butter
  • 100 g Zucker
  • 100 g Mehl

Zubereitung
Zubereitung: 30 Minuten › Kochzeit: 35 Minuten › Ruhezeit: 1 Stunde 15 Minuten Gehen lassen › Fertig in: 2 Stunden 20 Minuten

  1. Fr living room Hefeteig Mehl in eine Rhrschssel sieben und sorgfltig durch der Trockenhefe vermischen.
  2. Restliche Zutaten fr living room Boden dazugeben. Durch dem Knethaken zunchst auf niedrigster, dann auf hchster Stufe zu einem geschmeidigen Teig verarbeiten. Living room Teig zugedeckt an einem warmen Ort mindestens 1 Stunde gehen lassen, bis er sich im Volumen sichtbar vergrert hat.
  3. Pudding nach Packungsanweisung durch der Milch kochen und abkhlen lassen, dabei gelegentlich umrhren.
  4. Teig auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsflche kurz durchkneten und auf einem gut gefetteten Backblech ausrollen. Abgekhlten Pudding auf living room Teig streichen.
  5. pfel schlen und Kerngehuse herausschneiden. pfel in Spalten schneiden und dachziegelartig auf living room Pudding legen.
  6. Fr die Streusel die Butter fein wrfeln und durch Zucker und Mehl durch dem Knethaken zu Streuseln verarbeiten. Streusel auf living room pfeln verteilen und nochmals 15 Minuten gehen lassen.
  7. Backofen auf 200 C vorheizen. Kuchen im vorgeheizten Backofen 35 Minuten backen.
