
This chicken broast is simple and scrumptious broast recipe by Chef Gulzar. You are able to serve it with fried potatoes and sauce.
- kg Chicken, with skin
- 4 tablespoons of. Papaya paste
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup grain flour
- cup white-colored flour
- cup corn flour
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic clove powder
- 1 tablespoons of. white-colored pepper
- 1 tablespoons of. Red chili powder
- 1 tablespoons of. Chinese salt
- 2 tablespoons of. chicken powder
- Vinegar as needed
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste

Chicken Broast Cooking Method
- Cut chicken in 8 pieces.
- Inside a bowl mix vinegar, salt, papaya paste and red chili.
- Now marinate chicken white meat inside it to have an hour.
- Inside a bowl mix white-colored flour, corn flour, grain flour, chicken powder, white-colored pepper, garlic clove powder, mustard powder salt and Chinese salt. Coat the chicken pieces inside it.
- Then dip chicken breasts in beaten eggs and repeat.
- Fry it on medium flame until broast turns golden brown.
- Hand out chicken broast and garnish it with salad leaves and onion and serve with sauce.
