- Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
- Curry leaves couple of
- Soya chunks or Granules(Nutrela) 1 cup
- Onion 1 medium(finley chopped)
- Tomato 2 medium(finley chopped)
- 1 tablespoons of ginger root garlic clove paste
- Frozen Peas 1 handful -optional
- Coriander leaves 5 sprigs(finely chopped)
- Turmeric Powder a pinch
- Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
- Coriander Powder 1 teaspoon
- 1/4 teaspoon or based on your taste garam masala
- Salt to taste
Boil 4 glasses of water inside a wide vessel,when water starts boiling add 1 cup of soya granules,after 3 minutes remove make up the stove,drain and wash in freshwater for just two-3 occasions,drain completely and aside.
Heat oil inside a wok/kadai,add some tempering ingredients mustard, cumin seeds, curry leaves so when it splutter add ginger root-garlic clove paste and saute till raw smell leaves.
Adding the finely chopped onions,sprinkle some salt and fry till light golden brown.
Next add finely chopped tomato plants and saute till it turns tender n mushy.
Adding drained soya granules,frozen peas and provide it a stir and add all of the dry powders and stir fry for just two minutes and prepare covered for an additional 2-3 minutes.
and today add some garam masala powder,some chopped coriander leaves and saute for 1-2 minutes.
Scrumptious vegetarian soy Keema is able to serve. Serve with Grain or Roti/naan or any other bread.
