Suji Gothambu Upma Cracked Wheat(Dalia) Upma

Ingredients
cracked wheat/suji gothambu 1 cup
onion 1/2 chopped fine
ginger root shredded 1 inch piece
eco-friendly chillies chopped small 3
corn kernels 1/2cup
carrots grated 2 medium-sized
coconut shredded 2tbsp(optional)
mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
oil 2tsp
salt to taste
water 3 cups


Method
-Heat oil inside a pan.crackle mustard seeds.Add curry leaves.
-Include onion and saute till its translucent.Add some eco-friendly chillies and shredded ginger root.Saute up until the raw smell disappears.
-Add some corn kernels and saute till its cooked for around 3 minutes.Include the shredded coconut,grated carrot.Saute for just two minutes after which include salt.
-Add some 3 glasses of water and produce to boil.Once the water begins to boil,add some cracked wheat.Stir well after which cover.Prepare on medium flame before the cracked wheat turns soft and cooked.Water is absorbed completely.
-Serve warm much like that or with a few tomato chutney.

NOTES
* If using frozen corn,then thaw before using.
* Use fine grater to grate the carrots.
* You are able to double the level of water for double of suji gothambu or cracked wheat or the other way around keeping this ratio constant.
