- 1 Old El Paso Original Smoky BBQ Fajita Dinner Package
- 500 g juicy chicken white meat
- 1 red pepper
- 1 eco-friendly pepper
- 1 onion
Instructions
- Slice tender chicken white meat, crunchy peppers and onion into thin strips.
- Give a a little oil to some sizzling hot pan and stir-fry the chicken until completely cooked.
- Toss in the onion, peppers and smoky BBQ Fajita Spice Mix.
- Sizzle away, stirring or tossing before the chicken is browned maintaining your veg crunchy.
- Warm the tortillas by piercing the packaging and microwave on full power for 35-40 seconds (cooking can vary based on microwave).To heat within the oven, remove packaging, separate tortillas and wrap in foil. Fire up the oven to 200°C (180°C for fan aided ovens), gas mark 4 and slide within the toritillas for ten minutes. Have them covered and warm until prepared to serve.
