
Fada Lapsi
Lapsi or ‘Fada Lapsi’ because it is known as in Western India is called &"Dalia&".
We chose to make this sweet dish whenever we began newer and more effective dealing or getting into a brand new home, or weeding. Two variations the first is add water and jaggery and 2nd is add milk and sugar&...however i get this to with water and sugar&....since i such as this two combination&.....
You alone care the wheat and water ratio is 1:3 for perfect dish.:)
Ingredients:
1-cup damaged wheat (Gehun ka fada or Lapsi Fada),
3-cup water to cook,
12-cup Ghee,
1-cup sugar,
5-6 Badam (Almonds),
5-6 Kaju (Cashewnut),
10-12 kismis.
Decorate with grated dry coconut.
Method:
Step One: Keep your water to boil concurrently using the following Preparation.
Step Two: Heat the ghee in thick bottom pan.
Step Five: When Lapsi fada is cooked then ghee is appear over the fada and linked with emotions . give their scent as well as are golden brown colored.
Step Six: Add boil water inside it gradually because whenever you add water then your mixture will ‘bubble’ and ‘splutter’ also.
Step 11: When Ghee apper in side of pan then switch off the flame.
