
Ingredients:
2 1/two to three lbs of Cube Steak
1 large sweet onion chopped
1 cup white-colored or wheat grains flour
1/2 cup essential olive oil or canola oil
1 tbls season salt
2 teaspoon black or white-colored pepper
2 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic clove powder
dash of season salt
dash of pepper

Inside a large black skillet place oil over medium heat. Wash cube steaks and pat dry with white-colored sponges. Add dry ingredients except flour. Inside a separate plate add flour, add dash of season salt, and pepper. Coat cube steaks on sides until covered. Add onions to skillet and prepare until onions are tender. Remove onions from pan. Place floured cube steaks into skillet over medium heat, let brown. Turn meat over and prepare until brown on sides. Cooking roughly half an hour. Remove steaks from skillet. Clean skillet and go back to stove over medium heat. Add oil until hot, adding flour mixture. Turn fire high and stir flour mixture until it's golden brown. Turn heat lower to meduim and add water gradually stirring so they won't stick. Following the gravy thickens add cooked cube steak and onions. Turn heat lower low and canopy. Let simmer for roughly 30-forty-five minutes until steaks are tender. From time to time check contents and add more water if required.
