  • Basmati grain/Lengthy grained grain - 1 cup

Cooking Basmati Grain

  1. soak Basmati Grain in water for half an hour.
  2. later rinse basmati grain at least.
  3. for 1 cup of drenched basmati grain you have to add 1¼ glasses of water.otherwise the grain will end up mushy.
  4. add 1 teaspoon of oil to obtain flaky and non-sticky grain.

  6. pour beaten eggs in to the vessel.
  7. don't disturb the eggs until it sets lower towards the bottom.
  8. if this turns as an omelette fold it towards the middle and reduce pieces with spatula.
  9. add marinated grain and mixing lightly until grain perfectly blends using the eggs and masala.
  10. add chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves,mix it at least and switch from the heat.

1.add i teaspoon oil towards the grain while cooking,to obtain flaky grain.
