Resep Buntil tempe, dengan detail

Bahan :
250 gram daun singkong, rebus sebentar

Bahan Isi:
200 gram tempe dipotong kotak
75 gram teri nasi
200 gram kelapa parut kasar
25 gram petai cina

Bahan Kuah:
1.500 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa
4 butir bawang merah. haluskan
7 buah cabai rawit merah utuh
7 buah cabai rawit hijau utuh
6 buah cabai merah keriting, dihaluskan
2 buah cabai merah besar, dihaluskan
2 lembar daun salam

2 batang serai. ambil putihnya, memarkan
1 sendok makan garam
2 sendok teh gula pasir

Cara membuat Buntil tempe :
1. Isi : aduk teri, kelapa parut, dan bumbu halus. Masukkan tempe dan petai cina. Aduk rata.
2. Ambil daun singkong. Sendokkan isi.
3. Lipat kanan dan kirinya. Bungkus bentuk kotak. Ikat dengan benang kasur.
4. Kukus di atas api sedang 30 menit hingga matang.
5. Kuah : rebus bahan kuah sambil diaduk hingga mendidih dan harum. Masukkan bungkusan daun singkong. Masak hingga matang dan meresap.
6. Buntil tempe siap dihidangkan.
