    Ingredientes para Codorniz rellena
  • 4 codornices machos
  • 1 copita de Cogac
  • 4 champigones
  • 8 huevos de Codorniz hervidos
  • 4 cucharadas de Crema de leche
  • 2 rebanadas de Pan de miga
  • 4 cucharadas de manteca
  • 1 cucharada de azcar rubia
  • 2 Peras
  • sal
  • pimienta
    Pasos para preparar Codorniz rellena
  1. Deshuesar las codornices, estirar sobre una tabla y salpimentar.
  2. Pasar por la procesadora la miga de pan junto disadvantage la crema de leche y el cogac.
  3. Colocar la preparacion en united nations bouls y agregar sal y pimienta.

se debe ver bien pero seria mejor que especificaran mejor lo de deshuesar la codorniz, soy united nations estudiante y me gustara que me enviaran los pasos para deshuesarlos

El "relleno" no me parece el adecuado, voy a tratar disadvantage algo de tocino, hierbas de olor, mantequilla. Nota.- Algunas faltas de ortografa en la receta.
