It was made on 6/25/09 for mine and SO's dinner.Because the only agreed to be us,the recipe was reduced lower for everyone two.I made use of three medium-sized taters contributing to 7 ounces of beef smoked sausage. And also the onion was reduce to at least oneOr3 cup, and that i didn't remember the garlic clove ( the next time I'll remember it ) It was an excellent "comfort food " recipe. Thank you for posting and, "Keep Smiling :) "
Mixed-up recipe ingredients are OK however, you should prepare the taters first (take more time than onions), prior to the onions and garlic clove. Doesn't specify when the garlic clove ought to be minced or whole. Doesn't specify when the sausage is precooked or raw (think Johnsonville). If raw, you need to boil the sausage for ten minutes before slicing/frying. Arriving the burner to high after browning the taters and cooking the onions and garlic clove will copy all. The sausage ought to be cooked individually!
Edible, but nothing special. Made the recipe as written also it was very bland, despite a lot of pepper and salt.
