Torta brownie disadvantage mousse de chocolate blanco y bananas caramelizadas

150 grs de azcar
2 huevos
2 cdtas de esencia de vainilla
150 grs de manteca
120 grs de harina 0000
60 grs de chocolate amargo
30 grs de chocolate disadvantage leche

Batir los huevos disadvantage el azcar. Es united nations batido flojo por la cantidad de azcar que lleva esta preparacin.
Aadir united nations poco de esencia de vainilla, la manteca derretida y la harina.
Agregar el chocolate amargo derretido y luego el chocolate disadvantage leche tambin derretido. Mezclar disadvantage el batidor de mano.
Verter la preparacin en united nations molde savarin (disadvantage papel manteca dentro del fondo) enmantecado y enharinado.

Coccin: En horno precalentado de moderado a fuerte. Necesita poca coccin en horno, la suficiente para que quede hmeda por dentro y cocida por fuera.

Para la mousse de chocolate blanco:
350 grs de chocolate blanco
300 cc de crema de leche
3 claras

En united nations bol colocar el chocolate blanco derretido y la crema semibatida crime azcar. Mezclar.
Incorporar las claras batidas a nieve. Mezclar en forma envolvente.
Llevar united nations rato a la heladera.

Para las bananas caramelizadas:
4 bananas maduras
60 grs de azcar
2 cditas de jugo de limn
Manteca c/n

En una sartn colocar el azcar y la manteca cortada en cubos.
Dejar dentro del fuego hasta que comience a formar el caramelo.
Agregar las bananas cortadas al bies.
Dejar que se caramelicen.

Para el bao de chocolate:
100 grs de azcar
50 grs de cacao amargo en polvo
1/2 taza de agua
60 grs de chocolate amargo

En una cacerola disadvantage agua hirviendo agregar el azcar, el chocolate amargo cortado en trocitos y el cacao en polvo.
Revolver disadvantage united nations batidor de mano hasta que se integren bien los ingredientes.

Cubrir la torta disadvantage la mousse de chocolate blanco y colocar encima las bananas caramelizadas.
Rociar disadvantage el bao de chocolate.
