Kadhi Pakora Recipe Yogurt Curry with Pakora by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients

Gram Flour 2 cups
Yogurt kg
Turmeric 1 teaspoon
Red Chili (crushed) 1 tablespoons of
Pomegranate Seeds (crushed) 1 tablespoons of
Eco-friendly Chilies 4
Ginger root Garlic clove Paste 1 tablespoons of
Salt As needed
Yogurt 1 teaspoon
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) bunch
Soda Bicarbonate 1 teaspoon
Red Chilies (crushed) 1 teaspoon
Oil (for frying) As needed
Ingredients for Bhagaar:
Cumin Seeds 6
Fenugreek Seeds A couple of
Mustard Seeds 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaves A couple of
Oil 1 cup

Method:

Inside a bowl add yogurt, gram flour, ginger root garlic clove paste, crushed red chilies and blend well. Add water and sieve it.
Towards the karhi add some crushed pomegranate seeds, eco-friendly chilies, curry leaves, and allow it to prepare. Once it boils, add salt.
Inside a bowl, add a mug of gram flour, 1 teaspoon yogurt, soda bicarbonate, crushed red chilies, crushed eco-friendly chilies, finely chopped coriander leaves, salt and beat everything well.
Following this, heat oil inside a wok and fry the pakoras, adding these to the karhi.
For that tempering, heat the oil inside a fry pan, and add some cumin, button red chilies, mustard seeds, dried fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and fry well and increase the karhi. Scrumptious Karhi Pakoray is prepared.
