Como preparar chilindron de chivo recipe

Ingredientes de Chilindr°n de Chivo o Carnero.

  • ● 3 Kg de chivo o carnero
  • ● 2 cebollas medianas
  • ● 6 dientes de ajo
  • ● 3 aj°es
  • ● 6 tomates de cocina
  • ● ° taza de aceite
  • ● 3 cucharadas de pasta de tomate
  • ● ° de taza de vino seco
  • ● 1 cucharadita rasa de pimienta molida
  • ● ° cucharadita de comino molido
  • ● 1 pizca de or°gano molido
  • ● 3 onzas de caldo
  • ● sal al gusto.

Instrucciones para hacer Chilindr°n de Chivo o Carnero :

  1. Corte el chivo o carnero en trozos de 4 cm2 aproximadamente.
  2. Limpie y pique las especias frescas en julianas, sofr°alas ligeramente, incorpore las especias secas, la pasta de tomate y el caldo, d°jelo cocinar todo a fuego lento 10 min.
  3. Sazone disadvantage sal los pedazos de carnero y d°relos en cazuela o sart°n disadvantage poca grasa.
  4. Sit°e la carne y la salsa en united nations recipiente adecuado y cocine a fuego lento hasta que se ablande.
  5. Cuando haya ablandado lo suficiente, eche el vino seco, separe el recipiente del fuego y d°jelo reposar 10 min.
