
Chicken or Murg Kebab consists of chunks of chicken, marinated in unique preparation of yogurt and spices. This is among the most flavorful and aromatic Indian appetizer. Ingredients:
- 250 gms chicken
- 1 tablespoons of curd
- 2 tablespoons of cornflour
- 1 " ginger root paste
- 1 teaspoon eco-friendly chillies paste
- 8 cloves garlic clove paste
- 1 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups ghee
- Salt to taste
- Dilute the cornflour in 1 cup water and the mix aside.
- Clean the chicken in normal flowing water and reduce medium size chunks.
- Marinate with salt, pepper and vinegar for around fifteen minutes.
- Add cornflour mixture, curd, ginger root, garlic clove and eco-friendly chillies.
- Mix well and add 1 tablespoons of ghee.
- Cover and refrigerate for around 8-10 hrs.
- Melt the rest of the ghee inside a pan.
- Gradually add some bits of chicken on high flame.
- Fry until chicken pieces become golden brown colored.
- Fry all of the bits of chicken until done.
- Serve hot with chutney and salad.

- You are able to flavor this kabab with increased spices like red chilli powder and garam masala powder.
